Our client, a bicyclist, sustained severe injuries when hit by a car door.  We were able to obtain surveillance footage within 24 hours of being retained.  This enabled us to obtain a judicial ruling that the defendant was 100% at fault.  The settlement was reached less than 18 months after the accident.
